2012 Roussanne

What We Taste
Tastes of fresh apricots and peaches lightly drizzled with honey and toasted herbs. Full figured, elegant, and gracefully expressed.

What We Made
But lets start with saying it was barrel-aged 6 months in fine French oak, and we're thrilled with this traditionally Spanish grape variety. This wine has a great future in our program.

How We Serve
Nice and cool at about 50-60 degrees. That's roughly 20-25 minutes in your refrigerator before serving (When in doubt, chill it a little longer. You can always bring it up to temp quickly). Enjoy it with many light to mid-weight roast meats.
