2013 Albarino

What We Taste
In a word, sensual. Tropical fruits, spiced pear, hints of white spice potpourri. Excellent acidity, stunning finish. A perfect Spring/Summer sipper.

What We Made
Notes coming soon. But lets start with saying it was barrel-aged 6 months in fine French oak, and we're thrilled with this traditionally Spanish grape variety. This wine has a great future in our program.

How We Serve
Nice and cool at about 50-60 degrees. That's roughly 20-25 minutes in your refrigerator before serving (When in doubt, chill it a little longer. You can always bring it up to temp quickly). Enjoy it with many light to mid-weight roast meats.
