What We Taste
Pristine pineapple and tropical fruit notes, bits of airy honeysuckle, fresh cut grass, and a wispy note of minty, herbal eucalyptus. Bright, alive, with a long noble finish. A beautiful rendition of Verdelho.

What We Made
Notes coming soon. But this is currently Cane's favorite white on the menu. That oughtta tell you something about this Portuguese grape variety, and how it can perform in Temecula. ;)

How We Serve
Nice and cool at about 50-60 degrees. That's roughly 20-25 minutes in your refrigerator before serving (When in doubt, chill it a little longer. You can always bring it up to temp quickly). Pairs beautifully with Summer, grilled white meats, and almost all things seafood. Enjoy it with grilled wild salmon and a fresh mango chutney. *gasp*
